Green
infrastructure
(GI)
classifications
are
widely
applied
to
predict
and
assess
its
suitability
for
urban
biodiversity
ecosystem
service
(ES)
provisioning.
However,
there

no
consolidated
classification,

hampers
elucidating
synthesis
relationships
across
ES
biodiversity.

the
gap
between
GI
research
on

classification
that

Green
stormwater
infrastructure
(GSI)
is
growing
in
popularity
to
reduce
combined
sewer
overflows
(CSOs)
and
hydrologic
simulation
models
are
a
tool
assess
their
reduction
potential.
Given
the
numerous
interacting
water
flows
that
contribute
CSOs,
such
as
evapotranspiration
(ET)
groundwater
(GW),
these
should
ideally
account
for
them.
However,
due
complexity,
simplified

used,
it
currently
unknown
how
assumptions
affect
estimates
of
GSI
effectiveness,
ultimately
planning
guidance.

CSOs
