This
article
explores
the
relationship
between
forest
cover
and
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19)
cases
in
Colombia
using
remote
sensing
techniques
data
analysis.
The
study
focuses
on
CORINE
land
methodology's
five
main
categories:
artificial
territory,
agricultural
territories,
forests
semi-natural
areas,
humid
water
surfaces.

Since
2019,
COVID-19
has
triggered
a
renewed
investigation
of
the
urban
environment
and
disease
outbreak.
While
results
have
been
inconsistent,
it
observed
that
quantity
green
spaces
(UGS)
is
correlated
with
risk
COVID-19.
However,
spatial
pattern
largely
ignored,
especially
on
community
scale.
In
high-density
communities
where
difficult
to
increase
UGS
quantity,
could
be
crucial
predictive
variable.
Thus,
this
study
investigated
relative
contribution
patterns
at
scale
using
random
forest
(RF)
regression
model
based
(n
=
44)
in
Wuhan.
Findings
suggested
8
indicators
can
explain
35%
COVID-19,

metrics

most

core,
edge,
loop,
branch
whereas
least.
The
potential
mechanisms
