Objective: The article aims to investigate the synchronisation of metropolitan house prices from 2000 2020 based on novel empirical data. We applied several econometric procedures address cyclicity housing markets. Research Design & Methods: Using a unique dataset over four million offers, we investigated 18 regional markets in Poland 2020. study used spectral analysis. Findings: proved strong cycles Polish Moreover, when cycle amplitude was considered, analysis showed disparities cyclical behaviour prices. According research, Lublin and Opole had lowest magnitude, Gdańsk, Katowice, Łódź largest magnitude. Implications Recommendations: information about has important policy implications. Housing wealth effects generated by may be more persistent than financial effects. Consequently, they substantially affect consumption dynamics. Therefore, precisely identifying market differences is vital constructing an effective, selective, well-timed monetary policy. This study adopts the hierarchical linear growth modeling approach to analyze differences in changes of repeat-sales house prices Kaohsiung City from 2012 2020.
