With the acceleration of urbanization, accessibility and equity urban green spaces have become crucial issues in planning public health. In context 15-min living circle, whether residents can conveniently reach parks within a walkable or bikeable time frame directly impacts their quality life social well-being. Traditional park evaluation methods, such as G2SFCA, effectively measure but fail to fully account for diversity travel modes impact regional disparities on equity. This study employs TB-G2SFCA method, integrating concept analyze Dianchi Lake ring area Kunming under different modes. The findings reveal significant walking cycling, particularly suburban communities distant from city center, where many areas cannot 15 min. Although improves driving transit modes, resources remain concentrated well-connected areas, leaving peripheral regions with insufficient access. Compared traditional G2SFCA approach more accurately reflects spatial differences across suggests that future should optimize resource allocation, improve transportation networks, enhance areas—especially cycling—to achieve equitable sustainable distribution spaces.

Urban parks, a core component of urban landscapes, play crucial role in mitigating the negative effects rapid urbanization and achieving sustainable development. In densely populated environments, providing parks fairly efficiently, taking social preferences into account, is an important challenge. this regard, we take Hangzhou, China, as example use hedonic pricing model with difference-in-differences estimator to test effect different types on housing prices, quantify their respective economic values, reflect homebuyers’ preferences. The findings indicate that construction new leads overall increase value surrounding real estate some extent. Specifically, comprehensive large significantly enhances nearby housing, while proximity medium-sized also results price premium, albeit lesser contrast, community specialized have less significant impact prices. These provide valuable insights for equitable development planning, optimizing allocation determining investment priorities enhance sustainability environment human well-being.

In the rapid process of urbanization, revealing patterns and driving forces behind evolution blue–green spaces holds significant value for optimizing urban environments. This study systematically investigates spatial–temporal characteristics space in Chengdu–Chongqing Economic Circle from 1990 to 2020, utilizing GIS technology, landscape pattern analysis, geographic detectors. The research findings indicate following: (1) area exhibits a general trend initial growth followed by decline, with changes occurring between 2010 2020. (2) fragmentation degree is gradually increasing, while connectivity among landscapes decreasing; however, there has been an increase distribution uniformity. More than 90% expanded mainly through adjacency patterns. (3) examining forces, it was found that temperature, topographic relief, elevation, population density, construction intensity are primary factors. Notably, influence natural factors diminished over time human social have significantly intensified. offers solutions configuration within Circle. It also serves as reference case promoting high-quality urbanization developing countries undergoing urbanization.
