Abstract Sepsis-related organ dysfunction is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Previous studies have found that the endothelium plays crucial roles in maintaining vascular permeability during sepsis, as well regulating inflammation thrombosis. During endothelial cells may release cytokines, chemokines, pro-coagulant factors, express adhesion molecules. In general, responses sepsis typically inhibit bacterial transmission coordinate leukocyte recruitment to promote clearance. However, excessive or prolonged activation can lead impaired microcirculation, tissue hypoperfusion, dysfunction. Given structural functional heterogeneity of different organs, there are potential differences by type, risk damage vary accordingly. This article reviews response observed its effects on function, summarizes current progress development therapeutic interventions targeting response, discusses future research directions serve a reference for researchers field.

Abstract The study aimed to determine the CCl 4 -induced liver fibrosis model in pinealectomized rats and biochemically, immunohistochemically, histopathologically investigate therapeutic effect of melatonin on fibrosis. surgical procedure for pinealectomy was performed at beginning study, sham were administered dissolved corn oil (1:1) alone every other day induce or together with (10 mg/kg) therapy 15 days. Epinephrine (EP) is a very important chemical transmitter in the transmission of nerve impulses central nervous system mammals. Ascorbic acid (AA) considered to be most extracellular fluid antioxidant and has properties cell. In this study, series transition metal-polyhistidine-carboxylated multi-wall carbon nanotube nanocomposites were synthesized, their simultaneous catalytic effects on epinephrine ascorbic investigated. The results showed that based iron ions had highest activity. prepared biosensor expressed high selectivity toward EP AA with LOD values 0.1 μΜ 0.01 (EP), sensitivity 4.18 μA mM-1 range 0.001-5 mM (AA), 50.98 0.2-100 μM 265.75 0.1-1.0 (EP). Moreover, it good stability, repeatability real sample detection. This work reference for design new electrochemical enzyme-free biosensors detection biomarkers.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of ketogenic diet (KD), intermittent fasting (IF), and their combination on testicular tissue hormonal changes in adult male rats. Twenty-eight rats were randomly divided into four groups: control (CD), KD, IF, KD combined with IF (IF + KD). Body weights recorded, serum estradiol testosterone levels analyzed, oxidative stress parameters nitric oxide (NO) assessed. Furthermore, histopathological analysis was conducted. notably enhanced body testis reduced levels. Additionally, improved status by decreasing malondialdehyde myeloperoxidase increasing glutathione, catalase, NO tissue. Histopathological examination showed spermatogenesis groups. These findings suggest may enhance fertility via hormonal, oxidative, histological improvements.
