Leydig cells play a crucial role in male reproductive physiology, and their dysfunction is often associated with infertility. Hypoxia negatively affects the structure function of cells. This study aimed to investigate impact melatonin on c-Jun N-terminal kinase (Jnk), P38, extra-cellular signal-regulated kinases 1 2 (Erk1/2) mitogen-activated protein (MAPK) signaling pathways TM3 mouse under hypoxia induced by cobalt (II) chloride (CoCl2). The cell line was utilized as subject research, 100 μM CoCl2 employed induce hypoxia. Following addition 10.00 ng mL-1 melatonin, quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction western blot analyses were conducted assess gene expression level Jnk, p38, Erk1/2, while enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay used measure testosterone secretion. results showed that significantly increased production + group compared CoCl2-treated group. Furthermore, elevated both mRNA p38 genes In conclusion, activated Erk1/2 MAPK enhanced presence
