Abstract
In
light
of
the
interlinkages
between
marine
biodiversity
and
protection
human
rights,
this
article
explores
relevance
international
rights
law
to
decision‐making
processes
at
International
Seabed
Authority
(ISA).
It
illuminates
ISA
decisions
for
everyone's
right
a
healthy
environment,
as
well
indigenous
peoples
other
communities
that
have
cultural
connections
seabed,
children
environmental
defenders.

these
bases,

current
practices
in
relation
public
participation
ISA,
revealing
