This study examines how tourists prioritize sustainable practices in Central Europe using the Kano model. With growing importance of sustainability tourism, there is limited research on evaluate different this region. The objectives are to classify tourism into five quality categories based tourist preferences and identify key when selecting destinations. A quantitative approach was used, surveying 250 Budapest, who rated 12 practices. data were analysed categorize these as "Must-be," "One-dimensional," "Attractive," "Indifferent," or "Reverse." results revealed that environmental conservation (M = 84.4%), wildlife-friendly 77.6%), waste reduction 75.2%) top priorities, classified "Must-be" attributes, indicating their essential role satisfaction. In contrast, fair trade (68.8%) received lower priority. These findings suggest place more value visible efforts rather than ethical like trade. highlights focusing conservation, wildlife protection, strategies.
