Given the great potential of offshore wind power generation in renewable energy sources, it will bring unprecedented significant development opportunities. Meanwhile, installed capacity floating turbines (FWTs) is huge. However, as one important parts that, FWTs are always subjected to complex environmental loads during operation, which critically affect stability generation. Hence, urgent analyze and control its for safe operation turbines. It accepted that vortex-induced vibration (VIV) a bluff body structure leading cause structural damage FWTs. For this reason, radial basis function neural network sliding mode (RBFNNSMC) proposed improve modeling accuracy VIV control. Then, joint numerical analysis system was designed achieve completely coupled fluid body. The results indicate RBFNNSMC can better forward/cross-flow In addition, controller not responsive changes parameters has strong robustness.
