Low-frequency seismic vibrations extremely limit the performance of ground simulation facilities for space-borne gravitational wave detections, which need to be substantially suppressed. Active vibration systems are thus required. However, tilt-translation coupling inertial sensors strongly limits isolation platforms in low frequency range, requires a precise measurement low-frequency tilt signal. This study compares two methods signal measurement: differential-mode method and direct method. The estimates signals by analyzing differential motion between sensors, while utilizes an interferometric sensor (ITS) consists suspended rotational beam system interferometer readout. Experimental results show that ITS achieves lower noise floor. Its floor is dominated thermal-mechanical below 0.25 Hz readout above Hz. findings highlight potential improving range.
