Bone fractures are a leading cause of morbidity and healthcare expenditure globally. The complex healing process involves inflammation, cartilage formation, mineralization, bone remodeling. Current treatments like immobilization, surgery, grafting, though effective, pose significant challenges, such as prolonged recovery high costs. There is critical need for alternative that cost-effective, safe, easy to use. Recent studies suggest the potential β-caryophyllene (BCP) statins in promoting healing.
