The application of copper surface coating to plastic structures offers numerous advantages, including high thermal and electrical conductivity, improved mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, decorative applications, enhancements in working temperatures. Besides these producing with 3D printing applying enables the final become functional adaptable different fields. In this study, were produced using fused deposition modeling method. Pristine, dichloromethane dipping, vapor, cold oxygen plasma, abrasion treatments applied determine optimal treatment between substrate before coating. Subsequently, on was completed DC sputtering technique. topography, optical, electrical, structural properties examined. According X-ray diffraction analysis results, (111), (200), (220), (311) crystal planes confirm presence copper. conductivity values reached 7.87 × 10 5 S/m. Contact angle measurement results indicate that increased contact angles 88.309°, leading coated exhibit a more hydrophobic behavior.
