Bioenergy production from algae has gained significant attention due to its potential as a sustainable and renewable energy source. This research investigates the optimization of bioenergy by focusing on bioreactor design enhance efficiency algal biomass growth lipid extraction. The study involves analyzing key parameters such light intensity, nutrient concentration, pH levels, carbon dioxide (CO₂) supply. Experimental results demonstrated 25% increase in through optimized conditions, showing promising improvements biofuel yield. findings this provide valuable insights into scalability algae-based systems.

In this work, the polyether ether ketone (PEEK) nanofibrous layers and their sterilized methods influence on molecular properties, structural biocompatibility have been discussed.Some instrument employed were gamma radiation, ultraviolet light, Ethylene oxide (EtOx) an autoclave to sterilised developed through melt-electrospinning process.umber of instruments used such as ethylene (EtOx), was sterilise prepared via process. The SEM result unveiled that sterilization processes changed fibre form slightly well diameter which modified well.However, did not alter weight PEEK fibers, far GPC study concerned.d has explored. A number scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed altered fiber’s along with small variations in diameter. While, achanged according gel permeation chromatography (GPC) research. addition, murine fibroblasts (3T3) assessed for vitro using MTT test. While cell adhesion proliferation rate same across all sterile control sample, UV-sterilized material significantly reduced level viability. Consequently, methods, namely autoclave, EtOx, radiation determined be efficient layers. However, solar method may also reduce biocompatibility.
