Hypoxia is commonly observed in solid tumors and contributes to the resistance of DNA damage drugs. However, mechanisms behind this are still unclear. In study, we aimed explore effects hypoxia-induced exosomes on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: NSCLC cells were subjected either normoxic or hypoxic conditions assess survival changes expression levels key proteins. They are expected to solve difficulties faced diseases. However, limited success has been recorded industrialization translation nano-formulations. Only one relevant product approved by FDA date, suggesting that there still many issues be resolved clinical application These systems characterized a dependence on inhalation devices, while adaptability device formulation is inconclusive, which most important issue impeding translational research.
