Abstract
Background
The
gut
microbiome
is
an
important
contributor
to
the
development
and
course
of
inflammatory
bowel
disease
(IBD).
While
changes
in
composition
were
observed
response
IBD
therapy
using
biologics,
studies
elucidating
human
microbial
proteins
pathways
dependence
on
success
are
sparse.
Methods
Fecal
