In recent years, photothermal materials that can convert light into heat energy have attracted extensive attention. this work, we report a simple and effective approach to construct self-cleaning superamphiphobic fabric. Dopamine (DA) self-polymerize polydopamine (PDA) adhere the surface of cotton fabric as secondary reaction platform. Then, SiO2 nanoparticles were in situ grown on PDA@fabric by sol-gel method. The PDA clusters not only provide good conversion performance but also be integrated with create micro-nano rough structures. Finally, was modified long chain fluorosilane decrease energy, resulting superamphiphobicity. contact angles water, ethylene glycol, pump oil could reach 161.1, 158.1, 142.2°, respectively, making resistant contamination common beverages, oil. Due adhesion layer, strong binding force between particles enabled withstand various chemical mechanical attacks, showing excellent robustness harsh environmental stability. Electrospinning is a significant micro/nanofiber processing technology and has been rapidly developing in the past 2 decades. Superhydrophobic membranes are desirable for separation of water-in-oil emulsions, membrane distillation, and condensation. However, the lack large-scale manufacture methods superhydrophobic hampers their widespread applications. Here, a facile method coaxial electrospinning is provided to ultrafast emulsions. Under high-voltage electric field, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-coated polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) nanofibers PDMS microspheres with PVDF nanobulges were integrated together during process.
