In many fields, such as environmental monitoring, food safety, and medical diagnostics, the identification of organic compounds is essential. It crucial to create exceptionally sensitive selective sensors for detection in order safeguard environment human health. Due its outstanding electrical, mechanical, chemical characteristics, two-dimensional carbon substance graphene has recently attracted much attention use sensing applications. The purpose this research an material sensor made from substances like phenol, ethanol, methanol, chloroform, etc. high surface-to-volume ratio potent interactions with molecules, improves sensor's performance while metasurface structure enables design highly elements. suggested accurate at detecting a broad spectrum making it appropriate number creation potential have substantial impact on field increase safety food, medicine, environment. (GMOMS) was categorized into three types denoted GMOMS1, GMOMS2, GMOMS3 based specific application (GCP). GCP applied both CSRR CS surfaces. surface surrounding outer region CSRR. GMOMS3, surface. results show that all designs exhibit relative sensitivity, maximum values ranging 227 GHz/RIU achieved by GMOMS1 4318 GMOMS3. FOM range 2.038 RIU-1 GMOMS2 31.52 which considered ideal paper.
