Porous polymers, including hydrogels, covalent organic frameworks (COFs), and hyper crosslinked polymers (HCPs), have become essential in biomedical research for their tunable pore architectures, large surface areas, functional versatility. This review provides a comprehensive overview of classification updated synthesis mechanisms, such as 3D printing, electrospinning, molecular imprinting. Abstract Thrombocytopenia is a potential complication associated with hemodialysis due to the unsatisfactory hemocompatibility of current dialysis membranes, which leads excessive platelet destruction, accelerates organ failure, and threatens patients’ life safety in severe cases. In clinical application hemodialysis, there are proportion patients suffer thrombocytopenia. For these patients, heparin combined tirofiban can be used during suppress occurrence thrombocytopenia, but medication requires intravenous injection continuous infusion. To optimize membrane composed polyethersulfone (PES) base temperature‐sensitive hydrogel coating poly ( N ‐acryloyl glycinamide) (PNAGA) designed, prepared that continuously release through temperature control reduce burden on significantly inhibit The resulting exhibits an encapsulation efficiency 36.2% (72.4 µg mL −1 ) for tirofiban, drug rates 54.83% at 37 °C 31.4% 4 after 1 h. Additionally, shows excellent hydrophilicity performance. It also effectively inhibits adhesion (reduced by 92.3%), activation 92.8%) aggregation, albumin adsorption 84.7%). summary, work provides new solution preparation membranes prevent has applications safer manufacturing sector.
