Herein, a novel strategy was implemented to modulate the supramolecular interaction between enantiomers and chiral recognition sites (CRSs), effectively resolving issue of CRS saturation. Randomly methylated-β-cyclodextrin (Rm-β-CD) used as (host molecule), polymerized ionic liquids [poly([vbim]TFSI)] were modulator (guest which self-assembled generate thermosensitive host/guest complexes. The enantiomeric binding capacity enantioselectivity separation systems centered on host–guest complexes are characterized by high degree temperature dependence. Poly([vbim]TFSI) bonded Rm-β-CD at temperatures 17 °C ± 3 50 °C, free energy difference (|ΔΔG|) (S)- (R)-enantiomer 0.55. Conversely, poly([vbim]TFSI detached from >50 or <17 |ΔΔG| 0.03. value can reach 0.86 in two intervals. Therefore, poly([vbim]TFSI) afforded favorable four racemic sample mixtures: mandelic acid (e.e.% = 61.3%), ibuprofen 21.6%), warfarin 14.9%), naproxen (e.e% 18.2%). detachment released enantiomer bound CRSs. decomplexation reached 75.1%.

Microwave irradiation (MW) and ionic liquids (ILs) are two of the most promising relatively greener synthetic approaches to preparing value-added chemicals. Herein, a series 2-acylbenzothiazole derivatives were synthesized for first time from commercially available α-bromoacetophenones disulfane-diyl-dianilines through cooperation microwave under metal- extra-additives-free conditions. A plausible mechanism involving successive IL-induced enolation has been proposed.

ABSTRACT In the past decade, significant advances have been made in field of chiral separation, which is crucial for biological and pharmaceutical applications. Enantioselective membranes emerged as a promising platform efficient separation due to their unique properties such large surface area, tunable pore size, high selectivity. These are particularly effective separating enantiomers because ability facilitate selective interactions between membrane material molecules. This article provides comprehensive review recent progress enantioselective separation.
