The article presents the results of studying dynamics photosynthetic pigment contents and number cultivated endophytic bacteria (EB) forms in leaves cultivars different genetic origin bred by FSBSO ARHCBAN. research was conducted 2021-2024 on blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) collection plantings Kokinsky experimental station (Bryansk Oblast) department gene pool bioresources (Stupinsky District, Moscow included Barmaley, Bryansky Agat, Gamayun, Debryansk, Mif. Weather conditions during growing season were found to have a signifi cant effect content EB leaves. Bradyrhizobium sp. strain SUTN9-2 demonstrates cell enlargement, increased DNA content, and efficient nitrogen fixation in response to rice (Oryza sativa) extract. This is attributed the interaction between plant's cationic antimicrobial peptides (CAMPs) BacA-like transporter (BclA), similar bacteroid legume nodules. The present study reveals that can also establish functional endophytic interactions with chili (Capsicum annuum) tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) plants.
