Abstract Background and Aims: Potassium (K)- bearing minerals are vital for soil fertility act as slow-release reservoirs crop productivity. Organic acids, such oxalic citric enhance K dissolution. Methods Time-dependent experiments measured dissolution from in acids. Mehlich-1 extraction atomic absorption spectrophotometry quantified release over intervals under controlled conditions. Results Oxalic acid enhanced by 25% more than acid. For biotite-mica, increasing concentration 0.5 to 5.0 mmol L⁻¹ raised 800 1600 mg kg⁻¹. During a further increase 10 L⁻¹, slightly improved was recorded. Percentage varied mineral, muscovite-mica, K-feldspar recorded 5–11%, 3–7%, 2–6% respectively. Citric caused significant between 1.0 with increases up L⁻¹. Above 5 muscovite-mica dissolved biotite-mica K-feldspar, showing higher percentages of 3.1–7.5% that 2.4–6.2%. Conclusion acids via chelation, destabilization mineral surfaces, solubility increases. acid’s superior performance highlights its role improving fertility. Also, outperformed dissolving minerals, underscoring the importance targeted nutrient management strategies.

In this study, we collected soybean inter-root soil (clay soil) from the cold region of Heilongjiang Province, China, screening for cold-tolerant phosphorus- and potassium-solubilizing bacteria by gradient-cooling-directed design mixed bacterial agents.
