Abstract
Microplastics
(MPs)
are
plastic
residues
with
a
size
<5
mm,
which
often
further
broken
into
micro/nano
particles
in
the
environment.
Owing
to
their
minute
scale,
widespread
distribution,
and
substantial
toxicity
potential,
MPs
has
emerged
as
critical
environmental
concern.
Therefore,
accurate
characterization
of
these
becomes
formidable
yet
imperative
challenge
science.
In
this
review,
comprehensive
overview
on
current
MP
techniques,
including
microscopy/electron
microscopy,
spectroscopy,
mass
spectrometry,

A
thorough
understanding
of
absorption,
distribution,
metabolism,
and
excretion
(ADME)
insecticide
candidates

ADME
pyraquinil,
a
novel
insecticidal
GABA
receptor
antagonist,
Plutella
xylostella
larvae
during
the
accumulation
phase
depuration
was
investigated
separately
using
combination
UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap,
HPLC-MS/MS,
MALDI-MSI.
Five
new
metabolites
pyraquinil
were
identified,
metabolic
pathway
proposed.

oxidative
metabolite
(pyraquinil-sulfone)

as
main
confirmed
by
its
standard.
Quantitative
results
showed
that

Escalating
global
plastic
production,
expected
to
reach
34,000
million
tons
by
2050,
poses
a
significant
threat
human
and
environmental
well-being,

aquatic
ecosystems.
Microplastics
(MP)
nanoplastics
(NP),
which
originate
from
the
degradation
of
plastics,
are
concern
due
their
potential
bioaccumulation
uptake
pollutants.

Prussian
blue
analogues
are
one
of
the
most
promising
examples
water
oxidation
catalysts
presenting

by
electrochemical
