Solid Phase Microextraction (SPME) stands out as a powerful tool extraction, preconcentration. When coupled with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) equipped Diode Array Detector (DAD), integrated SPME-HPLC-DAD system emerges sophisticated platform, offering enhanced sensitivity, selectivity, versatility various applications. A graphene oxide-based aerogel was synthesized and applied to the extraction determinations with high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector. After characterization of produced graphene-aerogel, it utilized as a dispersive solid-phase sorbent for risperidone from plasma samples.
