In analytical chemistry, the synergy between innovative sample preparation techniques and advanced chromatographic methods has paved way for unprecedented advancements in analysis of complex samples. Solid Phase Microextraction (SPME) stands out as a powerful tool extraction, preconcentration. When coupled with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) equipped Diode Array Detector (DAD), integrated SPME-HPLC-DAD system emerges sophisticated platform, offering enhanced sensitivity, selectivity, versatility various applications. A graphene oxide-based aerogel was synthesized and applied to the extraction determinations with high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector.
