The sensitive, non-destructive constant wavelength (CW) and energy (CE) SFS techniques have been used for the simultaneous determination of 1-amino pyrene (AP) 1-napthyl amine (NA) in their mixtures without prior separation via optimization different experimental conditions (ΔλCW 70.0 nm, ΔνCE 4000.0 cm−1, scan rate 240.0 nm/min, 25.0 °C, methanol). Amplitude–concentration plots linear pyrene, AP (0.01–0.1 mg/L) amine, NA (0.1–1.0 mg/L). In aqueous methanolic binary mixtures, mean recoveries (RSD, LOD LOQ) were found to be 100.09% (0.053, 0.008 mg/L 0.034 emission, 100.11% (0.141, mg/L, CWSFS, 100.05% (0.109, 0.007 0.032 first derivative 100.00% (0.148, 0.031 CESFS, 99.99% 0.035 CESFS modes respectively. Additionally, 100.29% (0.360, 0.046 0.204 100.06% (0.089, 0.098 0.436 (0.144, 0.065 0.288 (0.178, 0.077 0.339 100.03% (0.181, 0.082 0.364 Considering safety greenness, these methods might considered as green tools using analytical eco-scale approaches (eco-scale score 88.0).

AbstractAbstractPolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are persistent organic pollutants that impart several hazardous effects on the environment. Extracellular enzymes released by filamentous fungi well-known participants in degradation of such pollutants. The present study aims to determine interaction pyrene with Lac1 protein, coding for extracellular laccase enzyme from Trichoderma sp. The present review study manifests the sampling techniques, analytical tools and status of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in different environmental samples Indian urban cities. Indeed, petrogenic, pyrogenic biogenic sources PAHs grounds to carcinogenic, mutagenic, teratogenic genotoxic effects on human environment. Most studies focussed ambient air noticed that carcinogenic Benzo[a] Pyrene is dominant severe health risk posturing 4-5 ring high molecular weight PAHs. High-volume sampler for minimum 8hrs espoused as best method over passive bio samplers, glass fibre filters, particulate samplers etc. microwave assisted Soxhlet extraction with n-hexane solvent has gained a lot attention due its pragmatism sample handling than ultrasonic. high-performance liquid chromatography gas mass spectrophotometer adopted accuracy. concentration among 11 cities significantly emphasized inter intra spatial variations. Moreover, amount differs air, water soil. Also, comparative revealed Delhi Amravati recorded maximum concentrations respectively.
