An amide‐based covalent organic framework (COF) was successfully synthesized using the reaction between 1,3,5‐trimesoyl chloride and ethylenediamine. The structure morphology of COF were characterized Fourier‐transform infrared spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive Brunauer‐Emmett‐Teller surface area analysis. employed as a solid‐phase extraction adsorbent for sampling preconcentration chlorophenols from industrial wastewater samples prior to high‐performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. experimental parameters influencing efficiency including type volume eluent solvent, sample solution volume, salt concentration, flow rate, pH investigated optimized response methodology employing Box‐Behnken‐design. Under conditions, calibration curves exhibited good linearities over range 0.003–10 µg/mL determination coefficients (R 2 ) ranging 0.9982 0.9999. method's limits detection ranged 0.001 0.01 µg/mL. Good repeatability achieved relative standard deviations below 4.7%. developed procedure utilizing applied determine accurately precisely in various samples.

A novel Cu-MOF/COF hybrid material was synthesized and applied as a sorbent for headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil samples. The morphology structure the were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis, diffraction analysis, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method. influential experimental parameters investigated optimized Box-Behnken design. Under optimal condition, proposed method showed low detection limits over range 0.1-0.5 ng g−1. Calibration graphs exhibited linearity within 1.0 to 1000 g−1 relative standard deviations ranged from 2.9 8.4% (n = 6). Successful application achieved analysis PAHs contaminated These findings highlight effectiveness reliability HS-SPME sampling ultratrace solid samples with complex matrices.
