Pharmacogenetic
testing
technology

effectively
determine
the
individual
differences
among
patients
and
scientifically
assist
doctors
to
select
most
suitable
drugs
for
each
patient.

this
study,
an
electrochemical
biosensor
based
on
magnetic
α-Fe2O3/Fe3O4
heterogeneous
nanosheets
was
constructed
detect
Vitamin
K
epoxide
reductase
complex
1
type
AA
(VKORC1*2).
Firstly,
we
fabricated
as
substrate
material
biosensors.
Subsequently,
surface
modified
with
Au
nanoparticles
facilitate
connection
of
sensing
probes
enhance
current
signal
amplification.
The
showed
a
negative
linear
relationship
concentrations
target
DNA
(tDNA,
VKORC1*2
gene)
within
pM
−
μM,
limit
detection
(LOD)
=
0.36
pM,
quantification
(LOQ)
1.19
pM.
demonstrated
exceptional
specificity,
reproducibility,
stability.
real
sample
analysis,
it
exhibited
recovery
range
96.63
%
110.57
(RSD
≤
3.07
%)

concentrations,

indicating
its
promising
potential
in
clinical
diagnostics.
