In
this
study,
we
present
the
design
of
a
molecularly
imprinted
polymer
(MIP)
for
detection
antibiotic
sparfloxacin
(SPFK),
combined
with
high-precision
quartz
crystal
microbalance
(QCM)
sensor.
Green-synthesized
ZIF-67@PDA-MIP
was
directly
immobilized
on
gold
electrode
surface
QCM.
This
configuration
takes
advantage
selective
recognition
capabilities
MIP
and
high-sensitivity
response
characteristics
QCM
It
overcomes
limitations
traditional
SPFK
methods,
offering
both
accurate
rapid
responses
practical
applications.
The
MIP-QCM
sensor
demonstrated
enhanced
sensitivity
affinity,
achieving
limit
as
low
10.3
ng/mL.
Additionally,
selectivity
superior
to
that
other
non-template
molecules.
effectively
detected
residues
in
milk
acceptable
accuracy,
indicated
by
recoveries
ranging
from
96.16%

relative
standard

than
4.64%.

results
suggest
proposed

detecting
animal

Halide
oxidation

This
study
presents
an
efficient
method
for
detecting
oxytetracycline,
which
is
critical
in
environmental
monitoring
and
food
safety.

highly
sensitive
detection
platform
was
developed
by
combining
molecularly
imprinted
polymers
(MIPs)
with
silica
as
a
carrier,
modified
deep
eutectic
solvents
(DES),
quartz
crystal
microbalance
