In this study, we present the design of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for detection antibiotic sparfloxacin (SPFK), combined with high-precision quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor. Green-synthesized ZIF-67@PDA-MIP was directly immobilized on gold electrode surface QCM. This configuration takes advantage selective recognition capabilities MIP and high-sensitivity response characteristics QCM It overcomes limitations traditional SPFK methods, offering both accurate rapid responses practical applications. The MIP-QCM sensor demonstrated enhanced sensitivity affinity, achieving limit as low 10.3 ng/mL. Additionally, selectivity superior to that other non-template molecules. effectively detected residues in milk acceptable accuracy, indicated by recoveries ranging from 96.16% 104.64% relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 4.64%. These results suggest proposed provides an accurate, sensitive, rapid, cost-effective method detecting animal products, advancement is expected promote widespread adoption sensors food safety testing.

Various polycations and polyanions were sequentially adsorbed onto the gold electrode of a quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation monitoring. The study focused on determining adsorption kinetics, viscoelastic properties, electroresponsivity polyelectrolyte layers. This study presents an efficient method for detecting oxytetracycline, which is critical in environmental monitoring and food safety. A highly sensitive detection platform was developed by combining molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with silica as a carrier, modified deep eutectic solvents (DES), quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor. The MIPs were specifically designed to target oxytetracycline hydrochloride, using SiO2 the DES functional monomer, N, N-methylenebisacrylamide crosslinker, ammonium persulfate initiator. exhibited adsorption capacity of 27.23 mg/g hydrochloride. After modification onto gold electrode surface, QCM-based sensor constructed. demonstrated exceptionally low limit 0.019 ng/mL excellent sensitivity tap water. Furthermore, maintained over 90% performance after two weeks room-temperature storage, indicating its stability. provides rapid, approach detection, potential future improvements widespread application antibiotic testing.
