Graphene derivatives (oxide and its reduced form) are promising carbon nanomaterials (CNMs) used in industry, electronics, medicine biotechnology. The aim of the work was to study effect graphene oxide (GO) form (rGO) on formation eradication Candida maltosa VKPM Y-194 biofilms, metabolic activity, intracellular ATP content permeability cytoplasmic membrane biofilm cells. Photothermal therapy combines the effects of near-infrared laser (NIR laser) and strong light-absorbing materials to combat pathogens unwanted biofilms. Graphene derivatives have a negative effect on microorganisms, combination NIR irradiation carbon nanomaterials (CNMs) can enhance their antibacterial effect. This investigation is devoted determination expression level bacterial stress response genes (soxS rpoS) under graphene oxide (GO), reduced (rGO), (1270 nm). GO, rGO separately in presence cause an increase rpoS associated with general bacteria. GO do not change soxS cell oxidative stress, decrease it oxidizing agent paraquat (PQ).
