Among oncological diseases of women, gynecological deserve special attention. Gynecological tumors are important to women's health throughout the world. Notably, gynecologic malignancies represent a prevalent category cancers affecting women globally. Single nucleotide polymorphisms have emerged as promising source genetic information better understand complex such cancer, in terms etiology, interindividual differences and treatment response. In this review, we summarize some selected gene single polymorphisms’ implication cancer susceptibility/predisposition, well potential use markers for improved diagnosis individualized cancers. Furthermore, review explores advances biotechnology that contributed management tumors, particular endometrial with focus on molecular diagnostics, therapeutic innovations, personalized medicine. It is critical investigate sociated susceptibility/predisposition them might be utilized useful assessing predisposition further used modalities individuals similar polymorphism profile. Moreover, recent advancements biosensing technologies, particularly nano-biosensors microfluidic biosensors, significantly enhanced detection tumor markers. Abstract This study presents an electrochemical sensor for sensitive detection of nitroaromatic compounds using a three‐dimensional (3D) porous graphene with polyoxypropylene supported reduced oxide (PEA‐RGO) and embedded β‐cyclodextrins (β‐CD). First, PEA‐RGO was synthesized by the condensation reaction between (GO) amino‐terminated (PEA), followed hydrazine hydrate reduction. Then, β‐CD into above 3D to obtain PEA‐RGO/β‐CD nanohybrid. Various characterization techniques, such as microscopy imaging, infrared spectrometry, thermal analysis measurements, were employed confirm successful synthesis unique architecture structure PEA‐RGO/β‐CD. Afterwards, glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified PEA‐RGO/β‐CD, its performances investigated detecting compounds, including nitrobenzene (NB), 2‐nitroaniline (2‐NA), 2‐chloronitrobenzene (2‐NCB), 2‐nitrophenol (2‐NP). The results measurements exhibited relative higher sensitivities (1.88 μA/μM/cm 2 NB, 2.13 2‐NA, 2.35 2‐NP, 0.83 2‐NCB, respectively) lower limits (LOD) (39.4 nM 44.6 75.6 69.6 respectively). Additionally, proposed also applied in real samples recovery range 88.13%–109.52 %. enhanced can be attributed synergistic effect high conductivity from RGO, recognition capabilities β‐CD, excellent properties structure. present work would provide robust tool environmental monitoring pollutants.
