ABSTRACT In this study, a new matrix solid‐phase dispersion (MSPD) method was developed and applied to extract auramine O (AO) rhodamine B (RB) from sediment samples. A supramolecular solvent (SUPRAS) composed of hexafluorobutanol (HFB) linaool used as the dispersing MSPD. Biochar, obtained by pyrolysis Chinese medicine residue namely Sophora japonica L., sorbent MSPD procedure. Parameters influencing extraction efficiency including type volume solvent, amount sorbent, grinding period, vortex time were investigated optimized. Under optimized conditions, linear range target analytes 3–400 µg g −1 with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9964. The provided low limits detection quantification, excellent precision (intra‐ inter‐day analysis relative standard deviations below 5.5%). Finally, proposed determine synthetic dyes in Dianchi Lake sediments satisfactory recoveries 93.5%–105.1%, indicating applicability for determination real Compared traditional sample preparation samples, reduced time, sample, organic usage. is easy, fast, green can be various

Emerging pollutants pose an increasing threat to environmental quality and human health, necessitating significant advancements in analytical methodologies. Hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent (HDES) functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) or MHDES represent a promising advancement the field of micro-extraction for pollutant detection across diverse matrices. This review explores synthesis, characterization, application as sorbents efficient extraction preconcentration emerging pollutants, including pharmaceuticals, pesticides, plasticizers, heavy metals. The functionalization MNP with HDES addresses challenges agglomeration stability, enhancing their performance non-polar compound extraction. Additionally, AGREEprep greenness metric tool highlights benefits this method, emphasizing reduced usage, lower energy consumption, minimal waste production. novel approach not only improves efficacy selectivity but also broadens applicability monitoring health risk assessment, offering greener more sustainable solution chemistry.
