Current drug detection methods, such as blood and urine analysis, are often invasive raise ethical privacy concerns. This study demonstrates that breathing through typical polypropylene-based meltblown cloth face masks is an efficient user-friendly method for collecting drugs from exhaled breath analysis. ABSTRACT This study presents the development and validation of an environmentally friendly HPLC‐PDA method for simultaneous determination glibenclamide (GLB), metoprolol tartrate (MET), phenol red (PR). The was optimized to ensure high trueness, precision, robustness, adhering ICH guidelines. pKa GLB determined using reverse‐phase HPLC under varying pH conditions, providing valuable insights into its physicochemical properties enhancing pharmaceutical formulation potential. Intestinal permeability studies GLB, conducted via in situ Single Pass Perfusion (SPIP) technique, validated method's applicability biological systems. In addition analytical performance, environmental sustainability assessed green metrics, including Analytical Eco‐Scale, GAPI, MoGAPI, AGREE, AGREEprep RAPI, BAGI, CACI. achieved scores, reflecting alignment with principles chemistry minimal ecological impact. dual focus on rigor responsibility emphasizes potential broader applications biomedical research. findings this contribute ongoing efforts developing sustainable methodologies.
