Metal-organic framework (MOF)-based sensors, which have garnered considerable focus for their potential to enhance environmental monitoring and improve water quality by accurately consistently identifying antibiotic compounds in water, gained interest. With the help of pH value, an unusual instance single-crystal-to-single-crystal (SCSC) transition from three-dimensional (3D) Zn-framework {[Zn2(mbix)2(2,5-bda)2]·H2O} n (1) 3D 2-fold {[Zn4(mbix)4(2,5-bda)4]·H2O} (2) has been observed under mild conditions. This transformation necessitates replication structure 1 while simultaneously modifying angle between planes imidazole benzene rings. It is noteworthy that detection capabilities 2 tetracyclines (TC) surpass those other analytes water. Furthermore, sensing results are close consistency with S-V model when TC concentrations fall within range 0-0.08 mM. Additionally, limit (LOD) sensor toward estimated be 0.59 nM. The stronger quenching impact seen can linked a more significant overlap energy transfer process. aforementioned proposition presents viable strategy systematic fabrication economically luminescent thereby enabling efficient cost-effective modifications properties.

ABSTRACT One‐dimensional coordination polymer La‐CP , {[La(H 2 O) (HL O ) (L )]·H O} n containing a new luminescent ligand 4,7‐di(4‐carboxypyrazol‐1‐yl)‐2,1,3‐benzoxadiazole (H L was synthesized. Upon excitation at 400 nm, the compound shows strong emission with maximum 550 nm high photoluminescence quantum yield of 43%. demonstrates sensing properties toward aluminum and gallium cations, as well dihydrogen phosphate sulfate anions through enhancement response. The limits detection were 0.42, 0.70, 0.37, 0.40 μM, respectively. is first example sensor for anion among all types polymers. uptake analytes under conditions evaluated, absorption result such proposed probable response mechanism.

ABSTRACT Cancer is one of the leading causes cancer‐related deaths worldwide and also among most common malignant tumors digestive system. With decreasing age onset, there an urgent need to develop effective therapeutic strategies improve patient survival. RAN‐binding protein 9 (RANBP9) has been identified as oncogene involved in several cancers, including colon cancer, gastric lung cancer. It plays a crucial role inhibiting tumor metastasis enhancing chemotherapy sensitivity. In this study, we synthesized novel two‐dimensional layered coordination polymer, CP1, by reacting Co(NO 3 ) 2 ·6H O, HL, NH(CN) under solvothermal conditions at 120°C. The compound crystallizes monoclinic C2/m space group, with its asymmetric unit containing two Co(II) ions, half N(CN) − ligands, HL ligand. ions coordinate ligands form one‐dimensional chain, which further interconnected structure. These layers interdigitate through van der Waals interactions, resulting three‐dimensional supramolecular framework (CP1). To enhance drug delivery effects, I was encapsulated within conductive polymer PEDOP (poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene)) along CP1. PEDOP, well‐known highly stable, making it ideal candidate for systems. PEDOP‐CP1@I nanocarrier significantly inhibited cellular activity HT29 colorectal cancer (CRC) cells, upregulated RANBP9 expression, modulated expression apoptosis‐related genes Bax Bcl‐2, thereby inducing apoptosis CRC cells. findings highlight potential promising strategy therapy.

ABSTRACT Three novel Cd (II) coordination polymers (Cd‐CPs) ( 1–3) , with the formula of [Cd(2‐DBB)(1,4‐bibz)(OH)]·H 2 O( 1 ), [Cd 3 (3‐DBB)(1,4‐bibz) ]·2H and [Cd(4‐HDBB)(1,4‐bibz) 0.5 ]( ) based on three soft organic isomers: n ‐(3,5‐dicarboxylato benzyloxy) benzoic acid = 2, 3, or 4‐H DBB), one linear N‐donor ligand 1,4‐bis(1‐imidazoly) benzene (1,4‐bibz) have been synthesized hydrothermally characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric, UV, IR, PXRD technologies. The significant structural differences are both featuring 2D networks, but 3D framework due to change H DBB isomers. Despite differences, series Cd‐CPs exhibits similar fluorescence sensing properties for nitrobenzene (NB) low detection limits 1.05 μM 44.3 nM 59.1 respectively. However, these discovered detect different antibiotics, respectively: had a quenching effect ornidazole (ONZ) chloramphenicol (CHI). results theoretical calculation verified mechanism Cd‐CPs. Therefore, might be potential luminescent materials antibiotics NB in future.
