Molecular mechanism of interaction between resveratrol and lipase was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy (fluorescence spectrum, synchronous fluorescence, Three-dimensional fluorescence), ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis) spectroscopy, circular dichroic chromatography molecular docking method.
