Psychosocial stress and mood-related disorders, such as depression, are prevalent vulnerability to these conditions is heightened during pregnancy. induces consequences via several mechanisms including the gut microbiota-brain axis associated signaling pathways. Previous preclinical work indicates that prenatal alters maternal microbial composition impairs offspring development. Importantly, although fecal vaginal microenvironments undergo alterations across pregnancy, we lack consensus regarding which shifts adaptive or maladaptive in presence of depression. Clinical studies interrogating relationships have identified unique taxa but been limited study design.

High-risk pregnancies, characterized by underlying health issues or unusual circumstances, pose increased risks to both maternal and neonatal during pregnancy childbirth. Global guidelines emphasize the importance of early identification, monitoring, intervention mitigate these risks. We decided design implement a telemonitoring system for remotely monitoring managing pregnancies in women with conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high-risk pregnancy. When pregnant mom is discharged from hospital, Healthcare Center Integrated Services her area immediately notified via SMS ensure condition monitored remotely. In addition sending notifications, patient's medical record, post-discharge care recommendations, drug prescription, re-visit time, contact details are also sent them application. The followed up all information recorded application further use. To evaluate usability proposed system, we conducted laboratory study involving 92 participants, including mothers' experts at hospitals, healthcare center experts, midwives integrated services centers, midwifery department varying levels digital skills. Participants performed activities related application's services, while their satisfaction was measured using QUIS 7.0 questionnaires covering multiple aspects usability, user interface, capabilities, online help, ratings on Likert scale. evaluation revealed that average score across dimensions above 8, demonstrating satisfactory level usage perspectives. Additionally, close alignment mean median scores, along standard deviations below 1 several dimensions, indicated consistent positive feedback among users. Our demonstrates promise enhancing management facilitating better outcomes mothers infants through effective remote support. test results underscore platform's effectiveness satisfaction, contributing valuable insights future improvements care.

Pregnancy loss can be defined as a before either 20 or 24 weeks of gestation (based on the first day last menstrual period) an embryo fetus less than 400 g in weight if age is unknown. Approximately 23 million pregnancy losses occur worldwide every year, equating to 15-20% all clinically recognized pregnancies. A usually associated with physical consequences, such early bleeding ranging severity from spotting hemorrhage. However, it also profound psychological distress, which felt by both partners and may include feelings denial, shock, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, suicide. Progesterone plays key part maintenance pregnancy, progesterone supplementation has been assessed preventative measure patients at increased risk experiencing loss. The primary objective this piece assess evidence for various progestogen formulations treatment threatened recurrent loss, postulating that optimal plan would preferably validated support tool adjunct appropriate pharmacological treatment.

Objective: To explore the perspectives of high-risk pregnant women regarding home care program for pregnancies. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in a university hospital and 5 comprehensive health centers Ahvaz, Iran, from February 2023 to July 2023. The sampling method used purposive considering maximum possible diversity, which continued until data saturation. 11 in-depth semistructured interviews were with women. Data simultaneously analysed using Graneheim Lundman content analysis by MAXQDA version 20 software. Results: extracted 3 themes, 12 categories, 26 subcategories. themes categories “high-risk pregnancy related issues (pursuing treatment paying attention situation women, psychological aspect on caregivers, emotional physical aspects pregnancy, consequences people around them empowerment women)”, “support dimension (family community support “framework (acculturalization, means equipment, security, manpower necessary arrangements care)”. Conclusions: High-risk affects various lives their families. Creating conditions providing at plays vital role supporting removing obstacles receiving prenatal person. It will be especially beneficial low-income areas.

This study explores the application of machine learning algorithms in predicting high-risk pregnancy among expectant mothers, aiming to construct an efficient predictive model improve maternal health management. The is based on risk dataset (MHRD) from Bangladesh, covering multiple hospitals, community clinics, and healthcare centers, encompassing data 1014 pregnant women. Six algorithms-multilayer perceptron (MLP), logistic regression (LR), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost), support vector (SVM)-are employed models. It worth noting that MLP demonstrates superior performance compared with other five algorithms. By applying method, successfully established prediction model. evaluation results indicate it has high accuracy risks, overall rate 82%, particularly predictions, reaching 91%. With computational NVIDIA GPU RTX3050Ti, demonstrated excellent processing capabilities, capable 500 sets items per second. not only showcases enormous potential technology field, especially rapid accurate identification pregnancies, providing a powerful decision-support tool for medical professionals, but also offers significant reference value future research this area.
