Background: Colon cancer ranks as the 5 th most common worldwide, with over one million new cases reported between 2015 and 2018. Resistant starch found in Kepok Banana extract may have potential colon prevention. Additionally, diets rich iron vitamin C contribute to chronic disease Moringa leaves, C, enhance absorption. This study evaluated growth of Lactobacillus Shigella spp female rats given Moringa-Banana (MBS) a prebiotic supplement. Results showed significant differences gut microbiota MBS consumption, higher concentrations beneficial bacteria reduced levels pathogenic observed group receiving highest dose. These findings suggest that could be candidate for further development.
