Real-time monitoring of canopy chlorophyll content is significant in understanding crop growth status and guiding precision agricultural management. Remote sensing methods have demonstrated great potential this regard. However, the spatiotemporal heterogeneity within canopies poses challenges to accuracy stability remote estimation models. Hence, study aimed develop a novel method for estimating (represented by SPAD values) maize ( Zea mays L.) canopies. Firstly, we investigated distribution patterns values under varying nitrogen application rates different stages. The results revealed non-uniform, “bell-shaped” curve vertical direction. Nitrogen significantly influenced structure canopy. Mustard sprouts is a new form of vegetable product that gaining attention due to its high content health-promoting compounds such as glucosinolates. This study investigated the effects different light qualities (white, red, and blue) alone in combination with 100 μmol L−1 melatonin on growth substance mustard sprouts.
