Quantum chemical calculations employing Density Functional Theory (DFT) with 6–31G (d,p) basis sets have yielded valuable insights into the molecular structure, Frontier Molecular Orbitals (FMOs), Mulliken Charges, and Electrostatic Potential Maps of phenyl isothiocyanate (PITC) molecule.
