OBJECTIVE: In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of DL-Phenylalanine and DL-Alanine on Hedgehog signaling pathway PC-3 prostate cancer cell line. Favipiravir, a medication, has drawn lot of interest recently as possible therapeutic option for viral illnesses such the COVID-19 pandemic. In current work, Favipiravir + Guanine combination is being spectroscopically characterized using Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy, Raman, and Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy tools. Density functional theory along with Becke 3-Parameter, Lee-Yang-Parr method basis set 6-311++ G(d,p) used to explore molecular interactions between monomers Favipiravir. The stability complex resulting from charge delocalization thoroughly examined by natural bond orbital analysis that demonstrates C=O∙∙∙H intermolecular hydrogen formation. nature described atoms in molecules analysis. Molecular electrostatic potential mapping depicts various regions molecules, characterizing their reactive nature. complex's frontier gap 2.39 eV indicates higher possibility electronic transfer, which turn enhances chemical reactivity complex. An hyperpolarizability reveals good non-linear optical response. antiviral activity demonstrated its docking against 6LU7 receptor (−5.61 kcal/mol).
