Abstract Deep eutectic solvents (DESs), known as the emerging organic reaction medium in 21st century, have many advantages such cheap, readily available, non‐pollution, and biodegradable. Its good properties make it an alternative to volatile solvents. Abstract In hemodialysis therapy, polysulfone (PSf) is a frequently used dialyzer material. Membranes made of these materials have variety challenges due to their hydrophobic nature and blood compatibility concerns. The current study successfully developed functionalized‐titanium dioxide‐polyvinylpyrrolidone k‐25/PSf‐based organic–inorganic hybrid membranes using phase inversion scheme. impregnation f‐TiO 2 ‐PVP composites led homogeneous blend with increased hydrophilicity, stable porous structure, high pure water permeation, significant clearance rates for urea creatinine, decreased protein adsorption, thrombus development, minimal platelet adhesion. terms flux rate, resistance ability, capability remove uremic toxins, the M‐2 M‐5 were superior PSf other membranes. Highlights exhibited significantly reduced adsorption formation. Exceptional (83.2%) creatinine (79.4%) achieved. pore structure was optimized, leading maximized (100.4 L/h·m ). demonstrated stability, leaching ensuring long‐term application. incorporation amine‐functionalized TiO enhanced hydrophilicity biocompatibility.
