In this study, Arundo donax Linnaeus was utilized as the biomass and a TH/DS (Tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide/Dimethyl sulfoxide, C16H37NO/C2H6OS) system employed to dissolve cellulose. The optimal process for preparation of L. regenerated cellulose fiber determined through optimization. physical properties antimicrobial performance resulting products were analyzed. results demonstrated that indicators fiber, prepared from cellulose, met requirements standard Viscose Filament (Dry breaking strength ≥ 1.65 CN/dtex, Elongation at dry 15.5–26.0%, Dry elongation CV value ≤ 10.0%). Furthermore, high antiviral activity 99.99% H1N1 H3N2 strains influenza A virus observed experimental samples, indicating remarkable effect. Pelargonium graveolens (Family: Geraniaceae) was considered a medicinal with various medicinal, pharmaceutical and food applications. The ethanolic extract from this plant exhibited antimicrobial activities against different groups of test strains including Staphylococcus aureus (Gram-positive bacterium), Escherichia coli (Gram-negative Methicillin-resistant (MRSA) Candida albicans (yeast) as well the food-borne bacterial Salmonella typhimurium Listeria monocytogenes. minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) bactericidal (MBC) were evaluated all microbes results indicated that MIC values between 19.53 78.125µg/ml. also had antibiofilm especially E. S. (78.125 µg/ml). Antioxidant phenolic content investigated revealing it high level (1160.62µgAAE/g dry extract) leading to total antioxidant activity (1104.46 µgGAE/g extract). GC/MS analysis revealed compounds Tartaric acid, bis-O-(trimethylsilyl)-, bis (trimethylsilyl) ester (15.52%), Spiro[cyclopropane-3-(3,4-dihydro-1h-2-thianaphthalene)] (10.60%), Isoquinoline, 3,4-dihydro-6,7-dimethoxy-1-(methoxymethyl)- (10.34%), Myo-inositol, 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexakis-o-(trimethylsilyl)- (8.21%), 8,9-Di(p-methoxyphenyl)-7,10-dimethyltricyclo[4.2.0.2(2,5)] deca-7,9-diene (6.05%), Butanedioic [(trimethylsilyl)oxy]-, bis(trimethylsilyl) (5.08%) dominant components in extract.
