In this study, Arundo donax Linnaeus was utilized as the biomass and a TH/DS (Tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide/Dimethyl sulfoxide, C16H37NO/C2H6OS) system employed to dissolve cellulose. Pelargonium graveolens (Family: Geraniaceae) was considered a medicinal with various medicinal, pharmaceutical and food applications. The ethanolic extract from this plant exhibited antimicrobial activities against different groups of test strains including Staphylococcus aureus (Gram-positive bacterium), Escherichia coli (Gram-negative Methicillin-resistant (MRSA) Candida albicans (yeast) as well the food-borne bacterial Salmonella typhimurium Listeria monocytogenes. minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) bactericidal (MBC) were evaluated all microbes results indicated that MIC values between 19.53 78.125µg/ml. also had antibiofilm especially E.
