Abstract Advancing clinical diagnostics requires platforms that combine catalytic efficiency, biocompatibility, and real‐time, in vivo accessibility. Herein, this study reports a structurally integrated FePc–ZIF‐8–MX nanozyme combines the redox activity of FePc, porous confinement ZIF‐8, electrical conductivity MX. Synthesized via low‐energy, ambient‐condition process, hybrid enables efficient electron transfer, enhanced analyte enrichment, sustained physiological environments. To translate functionality into wearable diagnostic format, is seamlessly incorporated microneedle array, offering minimally invasive access to interstitial fluid for continuous L‐cysteine (L‐Cys) monitoring. The resulting platform exhibits high selectivity sensitivity across complex biological matrices, including serum, urine, cultured cells, murine model myocardial infarction. This presents multifunctional electrochemical on‐body metabolite monitoring through microneedle‐integrated interface. best our knowledge, it constitutes first realization L‐Cys sensing setting new benchmark precision biosensing translational healthcare.

Abstract The detection of biothiols such as cysteine (Cys), homocysteine (Hcy), and glutathione (GSH) are critical for understanding their roles in biology involvement various physiological pathological processes. Recently, significant progress has been made constructing fluorescent probes capable detecting visualizing biothiols. This review provides an in‐depth look at the latest advancements simultaneous selective molecular probes, focusing on developments over last 5 years. We examine design techniques, sensing mechanisms, imaging methods to assess effectiveness responsiveness thiols. Additionally, we discuss prevailing challenges offer recommendations address them.
