Wnt signaling is a critical pathway implicated in cancer development, with Frizzled proteins, particularly FZD10, playing key roles tumorigenesis and recurrence. This study focuses on the potential of repurposed FDA-approved drugs targeting FZD10 as therapeutic strategy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). The tertiary structure human was constructed using homology modeling, validated by Ramachandran plot ProQ analysis. Virtual screening 1,094 identified 17 inhibitors, prazosin, rilpivirine, doxazosin, nicergoline demonstrating significant cytotoxicity against NPC cells. Further molecular dynamics simulations binding energy analyses confirmed stable these to FZD10. results suggest that could serve promising candidates targeted therapy, warranting further investigation.
