Testicular
cancer
(TC)
is
common
in
men
aged
14
to
44
and
has
been
increasing
for
the
past
two
decades.
The
Siddha
practice
of
medicine
contains
many
herbo-mineral
formulations
treatment.
One
such
formulation
<i>Vaalai
Rasa
Mezhugu</i>,
it
widely
used
treat
various
cancers
including
testicular
cancer.
But
scientific
proof
therapeutic
efficacy
Mezhugu</i>
not
available.
Hence
current
study
was
carried
out
evaluate
anti-cancer
property
using
TM3
cell
lines,
by
estimating
its
antiproliferative
activity
through
MTT
assay
Apoptosis
annexin
V
flow
cytometry.

dose-
dependent
cytotoxic
effect
(LC<sub>50</sub>
