In this study, waste polystyrene was modified and upgraded to prepare formylated polystyrene, the acetyl hydrazone (LT-HPA) synthesized by condensation with polymethyl-propionyl-hydrazine. It is proven that modification of adsorption material successful various characterization methods. subsequent pollutant removal pH, mass, concentration, contact time, salt ion interference were investigated. In this study, for the first time, an adsorbent material was produced from waste left behind after bio-oil production process Terebinth (Pistacia Terebinthus L.) seeds as part of bioconversion, and adsorption hazardous dyestuff methylene blue aquatic media investigated. The characterization performed using FT-IR, SEM, BET analysis. conducted to fully understand its nature, including kinetics, equilibrium, thermodynamic works. maximum capacity (qmax) monolayer, determined equilibrium data, calculated be 166.07 mg g−1. Additionally, experimental design method utilized determine optimum conditions under various conditions. This study revealed that activated carbons can used economical environmentally friendly adsorbent, which is very suitable removal highly toxic dyes.

Abstract Polluted water sources are a growing concern in our world today, with more and of precious freshwater becoming contaminated. Pollution can come from variety sources, such as industrial discharge, agricultural runoff, even urban runoff. Several treatment technologies have been investigated, mainly for dye pollution textile wastes. In this study, the biosorption methylene blue environment was examined utilizing low-cost biodegradable biomaterial. Waste fish scales modified NaOH were used The effect concentration pH variables optimized. SEM surface morphology biomaterial FT-IR analyses detection functional groups performed. characterization conducted to fully understand its nature, including kinetics, equilibrium, thermodynamic works. It has determined that process conforms most closely pseudo-second-order kinetic model results Langmuir isotherm equilibrium results. Tarım atıkları, sürdürülebilir ve çevre dostu atık yönetimi açısından büyük bir potansiyele sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, tarım atıklarından pamuk sapları kullanılarak aktif karbon adsorbenti üretilmiştir. adsorbent ile sudan tehlikeli boyar madde olan malahit yeşilinin adsorpsiyon prosesi giderilmesi incelenmiştir. Adsorbentin BET, SEM FT-IR analizleri karakterizasyonu yapılmıştır. Adsorpsiyon etkinliğini belirlemek için boya konsantrasyonu pH gibi değişkenlerin optimizasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Malahit yeşili adsorpsiyonunun doğası hakkında daha iyi anlayış elde etmek kinetik denge çalışmaları Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, yalancı ikinci dereceden modelin sürecini en şekilde temsil ettiği, Langmuir izoterminin ise özellikleri uygun model olduğu belirlenmiştir. izoterm verilerine dayanarak, maksimum kapasitesi (qmax) 69.06 mg g⁻¹ olarak çalışma, saplarından üretilen adsorbanın dostu, ekonomik etkili su arıtım malzemesi potansiyelini ortaya koymaktadır.

Platanus officinalis fibers (PFs) taking advantage of high-availability, eco-friendly and low-cost characteristics have attracted significant focus in the field biomaterial application. Polyethyleneimine grafted with polydopamine on magnetic (PEI-PDA@M-PFs) were prepared through a two-step process mussel inspiration Michael addition reaction, which can work as an effective multifunctional biomass adsorbent for anionic dye outstanding separation capacity efficiency. The as-prepared PEI-PDA@M-PFs possess desirable hydrophilicity, magnetism positive charge, along abundant amino functional groups surface, facilitating efficient adsorption removal Eriochrome Black T (EBT) dyes from water. In to formation mechanism, properties, including isotherms, kinetics, reusability absorbent, studied intensively. achieved theoretical maximum 166.11 mg/g under optimal conditions (pH 7.0), 10 mg introduced into EBT solution. pseudo-second-order kinetic Langmuir models well matched experimental data. Moreover, thermodynamic data ΔH > 0 revealed homogeneous chemical heat-absorption reaction. remained at high stability recyclability even after five cycles processes.
