Through an in‐depth analysis, various methods, including nanoparticles, liposomes, hydrogels, other emerging technologies are examined. Highlighting the importance precise targeting, it is delved into underlying mechanisms these potential to improve therapeutic outcomes while minimizing adverse effects. Additionally, specific applications treating disorders such as ischemic stroke, cerebral aneurysms, intracranial hemorrhage discussed. Conductive hydrogels provide a flexible platform technology that enables the development of personalized materials for various neuronal diagnostic and therapeutic applications, combining complementary properties conductive hydrogels.
