Here, near-infrared broad dual-band emission phosphors were achieved through energy transfer between Cr3+ and Ni2+ ions in the β-Ga2O3 host. All samples co-doped with exhibit covering 600–1700 nm under 430 excitation. Thanks to doping of ions, intensity Ga2O3:Cr3+, has increased by about 2.4 times internal quantum efficiency 83.2% compared Ga2O3:Ni2+ phosphors. Meanwhile, when fluorescence lifetime was monitored at 745 nm, an efficient host verified. Due significant differences temperature-sensitive properties a thermometer designed utilizing ratio technology, achieving maximum relative sensitivity 5.26% K–1, which surpasses most optical temperature measurement This suggests that hold promise as potential candidates for materials.
