Abstract Gold nanorods (AuNRs) with a controllable aspect ratio are anchored on the surface of delaminated nano mica platelets (NMPs) in presence cationic interfacial activator and protective agent enabling positive charging AuNR nanohybrid surfaces. The high anionic charge specific area NMPs stabilize growth benefit adsorption analytes. nanohybrids (AuNRs/NMPs) exhibit 3D hotspot effect due to self‐assembly feature regularly arranged AuNRs, thus Raman signal enhancement sensitive (limit detection (LOD) = 10 −9 m , factor (EF) 2.0 × 8 ) reproducible (relative standard deviation (RSD) 8.82%) adenine based surface‐enhanced scattering (SERS). further incorporation ZnO quantum dots (QDs) affords (AuNRs/NMPs/ZnO QDs) that electromagnetic chemical mechanisms enable more (LOD −10 EF 1.6 9 RSD 7.66%).
