Flexible tactile sensors have the ability to provide unparalleled levels of sensation, including information regarding roughness, contact force, and location. However, it remains a challenge achieve precise location sensing that is decoupled from sensor strain touching forces. This paper proposes novel data‐driven approach for force (FCLS) with influence forces based on scatter signals (SS) ultrasonic waveguide. First, envelope signal (FCSS) extracted via Hilbert transform, which retrieves global features SS. The time‐frequency spectrogram obtained continuous wavelet extracts local Second, deep convolutional neural network (CNN) utilized extract these separately concentrate them together. Third, outputs CNN, multilayer perception regression model applied acquire experimental results indicate accuracy proposed FCLS method has mean absolute error 0.627 mm relative 3.19%. research provides foundation further multimodal using waveguides its application in robotic sensing.
