The environmentally friendly manufacturing of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using plant-based extracts has received immense interest. This study synthesized AgNPs from aloe vera, green tea, ginger, neem, and lemon examined how varied synthesis circumstances affected nanoparticle characteristics. was performed at 50–70°C, pH 6.5– 9, with precursor concentrations 0.5–2 mM. Results showed that higher increased size by 15%. plant extract, temperature, the nanoparticles’ morphology, which ranged spherical to rod-like irregular. In antibacterial experiments, generated turmeric extract were 25% more effective against * E. coli S. aureus bacteria than those made vera extract. methylene blue Congo red dye degradation studies, tea extract-generated had 10% greater catalytic activity extract-derived ones. comprehensive shows green-synthesized may be customized utilizing eco-friendly methods, making them promising for nanotechnology, biomedicine, catalysis, environmental research.

The preparation of MgAl Layer Double Hydroxide (LDH) was performed using the coprecipitation method. Pristine LDH calcined at 500°C to produce Oxide (LDO). two materials were modified via restacking-delaminating bioactive compounds from flower extract Clitoria ternatea (CT) LDH-CT and LDO-CT. Modifications are enhance stability catalyst structure, allowing its higher photocatalytic activities regeneration use. prepared catalysts characterized XRD, FT-IR, UV-DRS, BET, SEM-EDX. XRD diffraction pattern showed that three have typical patterns commonly observed in LDH-based materials. FT-IR spectra confirmed LDO-CT combined precursor has lowest bandgap energy with highest degradation kinetics. BET SEM-EDX characterization shows uniform surface pore size on used ciprofloxacin photodegradation under UV light. optimal dose 5 mg, while pH 5. LDO-CT, LDH-CT, capacity up 73.300%, 65.739%, 71.320%, respectively, within 120 minutes. Repeated use third cycle resulted %R reaching 80.871%, 74.003%, 52.025%, by LDH. Compared pristine LDH, CT intercalated exhibited more excellent stability.

Nanoparticles (NPs) have generated significant interest in various fields due to the unique properties that materials exhibit at nanoscale. This study presents a comparative analysis of copper nanoparticles (Cu-NPs) and cobalt (Co-NPs) synthesized via conventional solvothermal green hydrothermal synthesis using ethylene glycol Medicago sativa extract, respectively. The showed higher efficiency for both Cu-NPs Co-NPs with yields 32.5% 26.7%, Characterization through UV-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) atomic force microscopy (AFM) revealed while produced larger particles (76.5 nm Cu-NPs, 86.8 Co-NPs), method yielded smaller (53.8 67.7 Co-NPs) better control over particle size distribution spherical morphology, showing minimal agglomeration. UV-vis confirmed metal oxide formation, FTIR complex patterns NPs (green hydrothermal), indicating plant extract compounds. Antifungal evaluation against Pseudocercospora fijiensis complete inhibition 2000 ppm NP types, no mycelial growth after 30 days. When integrated into chitosan, rougher surfaces, scanning electron microscope (SEM) presence nanocomposites. provides insights an environmentally friendly process their microbiological applications future use organic agriculture.
