Abstract Global population growth underlies the need to explore alternative materials address pressing challenges in food security, medicine, energy, and environmental pollution. Spirulina is a nutrient dense cyanobacteria that offers promising solutions aforementioned challenges, mainly due its rich composition of proteins, vitamins, minerals, bioactive compounds such as β-carotene phycocyanin. These confer various health benefits, including antioxidant, anticancer, anti-diabetic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory properties, which make valuable dietary therapeutic supplement. Essential fatty acids rapid rate also makes potential source biodiesel for energy related applications. Additionally, 's high porosity variable functional groups endow it with remarkable biosorption properties soil wastewater remediation The chemical structure unique have been utilized produce biotemplates nanomaterials well fabrication composites Thus, this review, we highlighted broad potentials diverse applications, emphasizing eco-friendliness, economic viability, prospects biomass sustainable, nutraceutical, therapeutic, related, Graphical
